What you have to do; 1. * Important... A deposit of $50 will confirm and reserve your place. Deposits can be made by going to the payment section of our web site. Our BSB and Account are at the bottom of the page.
2. Once you have made your deposit please send me a quick e mail with your T-shirt size (S,M,L or XL - The sizes are reasonably big), Mobile phone no. AND a quick introduction about yourself and your reasons for joining Boot Camp. A couple of lines will do fine.
3. Once you have sent me your e-mail, you will receive a series of 6 emails leading up to your Boot Camp with some helpful tips and hints on how to get the most out of your time with us.The sooner you sign up, the more opportunity you will have to practice some of the activities I will send you as pre-Boot Camp homework
4. Make sure you have a good pair of training shoes (X-trainers are best), a towel and a water bottle.
5. Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns and let me preempt our most popular question by saying, "No, it doesn't matter if you're really, really unfit. We are able and willing to assist everybody to achieve their health and fitness goals no matter how fit you are or aren't." |
